    Women In Insurance (Vic) provides forum for those with an interest in the insurance industry, with networking opportunities and personal and professional goal development HOME: Welcome MAKING AN IMPACT Women In Insurance (WII) is a not for profit organisation which was formed to provide a forum for professionals with an interest in the insurance industry to enhance the position of women in the insurance industry, facilitate networking opportunities, develop members personal and professional goals and to promote, develop and debate insurance issues.   • Refund Policy | Women In Insurance

    Refund Policy Memberships Single and Corporate Membership fees are non-refundable, unless such fee has been charged in error by Women In Insurance (Victoria) (WII (Vic) ). In the event such error occurs, WII (Vic) will take steps to rectify the issue as soon as practicable at no expense to you. Single Memberships are non-transferrable to other persons. Changes can be made to members named on an organisation’s Corporate Membership, in accordance with the terms set out on our Corporate Membership page. Events WII (Vic) reserves the right to cancel or postpone any event. In the event that WII (Vic) cancels an event for any reason, the ticket price paid (if any) will be refunded in full. However, WII (Vic) bears no responsibility for any other costs incurred (such as flights, accommodation, travel expenses or loss of income). If you notify WII (Vic) that you wish to cancel your ticket(s) for an event at least 7 calendar days in advance of the commencement date, the ticket price will be refunded in full, less a 5% cancellation fee to cover the transaction costs. Cancellations notified less than 7 calendar days prior to the event will receive a refund, less 10% of the ticket price. Cancellation notified 24 hours or less prior to the event will not receive a refund. Should you be unable to attend an event for which you have registered, a substitute attendee is welcome to attend in your place, provided WII (Vic) has been notified in writing and in advance of the event. If the substitute attendee is not a member of WII (Vic) and does not qualify for a subsidy, the full the ticket price will apply, and extra payment will be due and payable before the event date. All registered attendees for any WII (Vic) event must have paid their event registration fees in full prior to attending an event or risk non-admission at the event. Refunds will not be provided to registered attendees who do not cancel or do not attend an event. After adding your details and uploading the completed application form on the next page, you will be able to make payment of the Corporate Membership fee using our secure payment gateway. Download Application Form Apply or Renew Apply or Renew Update Corporate Membership If your organisation currently has an active Corporate Membership, you are able to add and remove members from your membership throughout the year at no extra cost. To do so, please click the "Update" button below and complete the form. Once received, we will update your new or removed members' details in our database. Any new members will receive an email inviting them to complete sign up to our Members Area, as well as emails about our upcoming seminars and events. We will also send you a confirmation email once everything has been processed. Update Terms & Conditions When you apply to become a Corporate Member Organisation and nominate up to 50 persons from your organisation to be Corporate Members of the Association, you acknowledge that you understand the following: That the application to become a Corporate Member Organisation will be reviewed by the Women in Insurance (Vic) Committe e. That the offer of membership to a Corporate Member Organisation will be at the sole discretion of the Committee and any decision made is final and absolute. Any membership will run for a period of one year. That a maximum of 50 persons from the Corporate Member Organisation (nominated persons) may (at the sole discretion of the Committee) be accepted for Corporate Membership as a benefit of the Corporate Member Organisation membership. All nominated persons are either employed by, an officer of, or a member of the Corporate Member Organisation. If any of the nominated persons are accepted for corporate membership and subsequently leave the Corporate Member Organisation in the membership year, they will remain Corporate Members of the Association. The Corporate Member Organisation membership is not a sponsorship and does not entitle the entity to any benefits of sponsorship. No voting rights vest in a Corporate Member Organisation member. Having opted to sign up for a Corporate Membership with Women In Insurance (Victoria), the Corporate Member Organisation confirms: It, and its Corporate Members, will abide by the Constitution of Women In Insurance (Vic); It has read and agrees to our Privacy Policy ; and It has read and agrees to our Refund Policy . Women In Insurance (ABN 54 494 488 786) is a non profit organisation and is not required to register for GST.
