Notice of Annual General Meeting

All members of the Association are advised that the 2024 Annual General Meeting of the members of Women In Insurance (Vic) will take place at 5:30pm on Thursday, 11 July 2024 via Microsoft Teams (a link will be sent to registered attendees prior to commencement).

Registration closes at 11:59pm on Thursday, 4 July 2024.

If you wish to attend the Annual General Meeting but are unable to do so via video conference, please let us know by email to admin@wii.org.au.

1. Attendance;

2. Confirmation of minutes of previous meetings;

3. President's Report;

4. Treasurer's Report, including presentation of statement pursuant to s 94(1) of the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012 (Vic);

5. Membership Secretary's Report;

6. Event Officer's Report;

7. Re-election of existing committee members for the 2024/2025 financial year (nil vacancies);

8. Miscellaneous items;

9. Next meeting.
