Notice of Annual General and Special General Meetings (and General Election 2022)

All members of the Association are advised that the 2022 Annual General Meeting of the members of Women In Insurance (Vic), and a Special Resolution Meeting, will take place on 1 August 2022.

The business of the Special Resolution Meeting will be conducted at the above time, including passing a resolution that the Constitution of the Association be amended in (approximate) accordance with the attached draft, including to explicitly allow for memberships to be extended from 30 June 2020 to 15 August 2022, as well as the membership period no longer being tied to the financial year.

The election of additional officers to the committee will take place at the Annual General Meeting.
