Lauren Oliver is the Founder and CEO of Mums Who Wine, a national organisation focussed on encouraging and creating a space for mums to invest in their mental health and self care.

Prior to launching Mums Who Wine in 2017, Lauren practised for 10 years as Insurance Litigation Lawyer at Wisewould Mahony (2007 – 2014) and Minter Ellison (2014 – 2017) specialising in Psychiatric Injury Workcover claims.

Lauren created Mums Who Wine following a genuine personal need to find mum friends and community whilst juggling a busy corporate career and “mum life”. Since launching in 2017 Mums Who Wine has hosted over 200 events across the country, expanded to 5 states across Australia, connected over 10,000 mums through her events, raised over $40,000 for PANDA (Perinatal Anxiety and Depression Australia) and built and connected a powerful community of mums globally.

Most recently in March 2022 Lauren created the Mums Who Wine Community Fund in which she donates $10 from every $69 membership to support mums in the community. In just 5 months the community fund has raised over $4000 and has been used to cover event ticket costs for solo mums, mums with special needs kids and sent support and resources to mums in need of some extra love.

When she is not drinking wine and supporting mums in the community, she is a busy mum of three to Thomas (8), Billy (5) and Arielle (2).
