“Behind the Claim: Stories from the Frontline of Casualty Claims” brings together emerging and established voices from the casualty space to explore what it’s really like managing the realities of casualty claims. From navigating complex files to learning the ropes of insurer operations, our panellists will share candid insights, lessons learned, and the unexpected ways their diverse backgrounds have shaped their approach to claims. Whether you’re new to the industry, mentoring someone who is, or well-established in your career, this session offers a valuable look at the diverse experiences that shape a career in claims, the challenges, the wins, and everything in between.
