About the event

All members of the Association are advised that the 2026 Annual General Meeting of the members of Women In Insurance (Vic) will take place at 5:30pm on 22 September via Microsoft Teams (a link will be sent to registered attendees prior to commencement).


Registration closes at 11:59pm on 15 September 2025.


If you wish to attend the Annual General Meeting but are unable to do so via video conference, please let us know by email to admin@wii.org.au.


AGENDA 


The following business of the Annual General Meeting will be conducted at the above time:


  1. Attendance;

  2. Confirmation of minutes of previous meetings;

  3. President's Report;

  4. Passing of a resolution that the Constitution of the Association be amended in (approximate) accordance with the attached draft;

  5. Treasurer's Report, including presentation of statement pursuant to s 94(1) of the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012 (Vic);

  6. Membership Secretary's Report;

  7. Event Officer's Report;

  8. Re-election of existing committee members for the 2026/2027 financial year;

  9. Election of additional general committee members (2);

  10. Miscellaneous items;

  11. Next meeting.


ELECTION


The election of additional officers to the Committee will also take place at the AGM. Members are invited to nominate for the following positions:

Members who wish to be nominated for this position should ensure that they are financial members of the Association prior to the last date of receipt of nominations.


The nominations must be in the hands of the President no later than 7 September by emailing to president@wii.org.au. The nomination must be completed on the form below and be signed by a proposer and seconder, who must both be financial members of Women in Insurance (Vic).

The nomination must also be signed by the nominee to indicate acceptance of the nomination.
